Why
condo?
Our family
likes to travel. For many years we have been staying at various
hotels - expensive and not, large and small. And then one day
after our second child was less than one month old we decided
to go to the beach.
We thought
about condo instead of a hotel just because we though of all the
things that we need and that typical hotel does not have:
a washer and dryer to wash baby clothes, as well as your own;
microwave to warm up formula in the middle of the night; more
that one room so that at least one parent can get some sleep while
another parent entertains the baby...
We have been
staying at condos since then....And now we've bought one.
This
is why we like it so much:
-
Condo
has all appliances
-
It
is more private
-
Feels
like home
-
More
affordable
-
Cook
better meals
If your
family is like ours, you can either get jammed in one room and
get no rest at all, or you have to get two rooms. A room on the
beach in high season cost about $120 each / per night. For a week
long vacation this equals to $1680.
Off season, you can find a room for $45
on the beach. A months long stay would run about $1350.
In addition, every time you eat a meal on
your villa, you probably saving at least 50% of restaurant price.
