The Breakers complex is your best choice if you have a family of
6 (no more than 4 adults), and would like to stay right on the beach
across from
Coligny Square (the closest thing to downtown that Hilton Head
has).

Unit 305 is located on the
third floor and has a great view of the ocean.Enjoy
the ocean sounds, breathe fresh salty air and watch people walking

Our villa has brand new (purchased
in 2004):
- queen sleeper in the
living room
- new bunk beds,
- new washer and dryer
- new kitchen furniture
- new tile floors
Fully
equipped kitchen also has refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker,
dishwasher, and house wares. Villa has central air-conditioner
and heater.
You
will also find 2 TV, VCR, DVD, and some books for your entertainment.
The villa sleeps
6: 4 adults and 2 children (on the bunk beds). The top bunk-bed
is not recommended for children under 10 years old.
There
are no elevators in the Breakers, and the villa NOT-handicap accessible.
